Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Robert Harold Bruer, 46, was arrested and charged with three counts of felony conspiracy and one count of felony surrender by surety at Springdale Drive, Albemarle, March 10.

Kenneth Mark Hunter, 29, was cited on charge of simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of half an ounce to one and a half ounces of marijuana at NC Highway 49/US Highway 52, Richfield, March 10.

Crystal Richardson Heath, 40, was arrested for felony identity theft, felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at South Third Street, Albemarle, and cited for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at Old Aquadale Road/Sides Road, Albemarle, March 11.

Noah Eugene Hatley, 23, was arrested for eight counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 12.

Tyshaun Grant Crump, 36, was arrested for felony possession of firearm by felon at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 12.

Jason Reid Smith, 50, was arrested for felony worthless check at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 12.
