Trevor Austin Burch, 24, was arrested for felony fugitive from justice at N.C. 24-27 Bypass E., Albemarle, April 24.

Terry Eugene Horne, 61, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, April 25.
