Wingate University will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics Tuesday and Thursday in Union County.

Today’s clinic is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wingate Baptist Church at 109 E. Elm St. in Wingate. Thursday’s event is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Iglesia Camino at 1801 Walkup Ave. in Monroe. No appointments are necessary for these vaccinations.

Anyone age 18 and over who hasn’t yet been inoculated can receive their first dose of the Moderna vaccine, with the second dose scheduled for May 25 at Wingate Baptist and May 27 at Iglesia Camino.
