Aspen Dental office to open in Albemarle

Aspen Dental is planning to open in Albemarle in the coming months at the corner of Henson Street and N.C. Highway 24-27, according to Economic Development Director Keith Tunnell.
No more specifics were provided at this time, though the opening is thanks to the partnership between the city and Retail Strategies, which has brought businesses such as Chick-fil-A and East Coast Wings and Grill to the city in recent years.
The Aspen Dental network includes more than 850 offices, in 42 states, owned and operated by independent practice owners and dentists, according to its website. There are 18 Aspen Dental offices in North Carolina, including two in Concord.
Deborah Song, senior director for external communications, said there’s no exact timeline for when the office will open in Albemarle.
