Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Emanuel Lamont Clark Allen, 24, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at Doody Avenue, Norwood, April 28.

Elbert Nathaniel Lowery, 23, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at Silver Road, Oakboro, April 28.

Fucha Timothy Moua, 33, was arrested for 15 counts of felony larceny, 15 counts of injury property/obtaining nonferr metal and 15 counts of felony conspiracy at South Third Street, Albemarle, April 28.

Fuchee Matt Moua, 35, was arrested for 15 counts of felony larceny, 15 counts of injury property/obtaining nonferr metal and 15 counts of felony conspiracy at South Third Street, Albemarle, April 28.

Rashaun Maurice Cuttino, 36, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at N.C. Highway 24-27/Endy Road, Endy, April 30.

Paul Edward Baldwin, 37, was arrested for felony larceny after breaking/entering, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at Norwood May 2.

Kittipong Phothisane, 25, was arrested for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance and misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at Norwood May 2.

Ravelle Antonio Lowery, 26, was arrested for felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle at Old Charlotte Road, Albemarle, May 3.

Charla Michelle Sandifer, 35, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Montgomery Avenue, Albemarle, May 3.

Samuel Delane Helms, 25, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Montgomery Avenue/South Fourth Street, Albemarle, May 3.
