COOKING WITH THE SNAP – Zucchini Noodles with Chicken Alfredo Sauce

Zucchini Noodles with Chicken Alfredo Sauce
1 Large zucchini, rinsed with water and ends cut off
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Chicken tenders – can be sautéed or cooked in the air fryer with a little olive oil (165 degrees F)
1 Tablespoon alfredo sauce from recipe above
Use spiralizer to make noodles.
On medium-high heat, cook zucchini noodles in olive oil until tender, tossing throughout cooking process. Season with salt. Use zucchini noodles as a base for chicken alfredo. Enjoy.
