Pleasant Grove Baptist Church will host a scaled-down version of Relay For Life from 5-9 p.m. Friday at the church, 17236 Frog Pond Road, Oakboro.

The event will feature food, music, bingo and raffle baskets, as well as luminaries and the silent walk to conclude the evening.
