James Alan Stokes, 32,was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female at South Third Street, Albemarle, May 19.

Kathy Elaine Sharpe, 40, was arrested on a felony charge of trafficking opium or heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance at Indian Mound Road, Albemarle, May 19.

Wendy Lynn Norman, 45, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at East Main Street/Pond Road, Locust, May 19.

Justin Paul Morgan,30, was arrested for felony trafficking, opium or heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Newt Road/Canton Road, Albemarle, May 19.

Basil Wayne Ingram, 54, was arrested on a felony charge of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Badin Road, Albemarle, May 20, and felony possession of stolen firearm at South Third Street, Albemarle, May 21.

Keith Joseph Rahl, 41, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at South Third Street, Albemarle, May 21.

Amanda Nichole Petrea, 28, was arrested for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance in Locust May 21.

Zachary William Ziehl, 38, was arrested for felony possession of stolen goods/property at N.C. Highway 24-27, Albemarle, May 22.

Maximino Sandoval, 31, was arrested for misdemeanor assault and battery at Hmong Alliance Church, Albemarle, May 23.

Wanda Christine Clark, 76, was arrested for misdemeanor injury to personal property at Dry Road, Albemarle, May 23.
