Cj Edward Smith, 30, was arrested for felony habitual larceny and three counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property at South Third Street, Albemarle, June 22.

Ellis Cole Misenheimer, 31, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of controlled substance in prison/jail and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Stanly County Jail, Albemarle, June 22.

Darryl Christopher Wedding, 35, was arrested for felony second degree murder by distributing drug and felony death by distribution at Stanly County Sheriff’s Office, Albemarle, June 22.

Cecilia Jean Whitley, 28, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintain vehicle/dwell/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at N.C. Highway 740, New London, June 22.
