Kathryn Joy Webb has been awarded the Memorial Baptist Church Scholarship.

A South Stanly High School graduate, she was active in National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and was yearbook editor, manager of the girls soccer team and a four-year varsity cheerleader.

She was an active member of the Youth Program at Memorial Baptist Church.

She will attend South Piedmont Community College in the fall to study sonography and radiography.

She is the daughter of Frank and Karen Webb.
