Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Taris Laverne Colson, 56, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony failure to report new address-sex offender at South Main Street, Norwood, July 4.

Randy Ray Reese, 26, was arrested for felony break/enter/terrorize/injure, felony possession of stolen motor vehicle, possession of stolen firearm by felon and felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle at Austin Road, Albemarle, July 4.

John Virgil Austin, 43, was arrested for misdemeanor sexual battery at NC Highway 73, Albemarle, July 5.

Jamie Lynn Burris, 37, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor of simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, felony possession of controlled sub prison/jail and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at St. Martin Road, Albemarle, July 6.

Rodolfo Antonio Menjivar, 18, was arrested for felony possession of stolen firearm at Wyatt Road, Albemarle, July 6.

Jeffary Scott Freeman, 33, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to half ounce and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at Lowder Street/Concord Road, Albemarle, July 6.

Walter Lewis Blalock, 60, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 7.

Eric James Hawks, 31, was arrested for five counts of felony larceny of motor vehicle parts, five counts of felony inj. prop. obt. nonferr metal-f and felony conspire to commit felony larceny at Bushwackers, Albemarle, July 7.

Cristal Cathleen Heidel, 39, was arrested for felony financial card theft, misdemeanor defrauding innkeeper and felony financial card fraud at Stanly County Courthouse, Albemarle, July 7.

Austin Lee Eudy, 25, was arrested for misdemeanor simple assault at South Second Street, Albemarle, July 7.

Christopher Junior Nelson, 47, was arrested for misdemeanor child abuse at Godson Road, Albemarle, July 7.
