Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Eric Michael Smith, 41, was arrested for two counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 28.

Jimmy Darrell Hatley, 55, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at N.C. Highway 138, Norwood, July 28.

Micheal Dillion Thomas, 19, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia at N.C. Highway 138, Norwood, July 28.

Seth Aaron Strother, 33, was arrested for felony larceny of motor vehicle at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 28.

Benjamin O’sullivan Stearns, 31, was arrested for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance at Stanly County Jail, Albemarle, July 28.
