Tommy Lowder III had celebrated his sixth birthday with a party at his home.

After outdoor games and refreshments the young guests were all invited inside to watch “Hopalong Cassidy” on television.

Guests included Wayland McKenzie, Wayne Honeycutt, Billy McKenzie, Larry Palmer, Johnny Fesperman, Richard Morton, Billy Dobbs, Ted Swaringen, Rayvon Laton, Jimmy Whitley, Roger Wall and Hoyle Griffin Jr.
