Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Robert Harold Bruer, 47, was arrested for two counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 2.

Fuchee Matt Moua, 35m was arrested for six counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 3.

Timothy Eugene Richardson, 46, was arrested for felony trafficking in cocaine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Elm Street, Albemarle, Sept. 3.

Xavier Markieth Wall, 20, was arrested for felony malicious conduct by prisoner/throw at Stanly County Jail, Albemarle, Sept. 5.
