The N.C. Department of Transportation has announced a road closure through approximately Oct. 1.

The work will done from 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The detour is Swift Road to Buster Road to Philadelphia Church Road; Philadelphia Church Road to Griffin Green Boulevard; Griffin Green Boulevard to Silver Road; and Silver Road to Buster Road.
