Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Lawrence Glenn Pennington, 61, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance in Norwood Sept. 13.

Elizabeth Leanne Hayes, 20, was arrested for misdemeanor simple assault at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 13.

Felix Lamar Dennis, 49, was arrested for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia at Courthouse, Albemarle, Sept. 14.

Jason Michael Parrish, 33, was arrested for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor two counts of possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony habitual felon, felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle and other charges in Albemarle Sept. 14.

Misty Simpson Drye, 47, was arrested for felony larceny of motor vehicle parts, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony conspiracy at N.C. Highway 24-27, Albemarle, Sept. 14.

William Arthur Simpler, 51, was arrested for felony larceny of motor vehicle, felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony conspiracy at St. Martin Road and N.C. Highway 24-27, Albemarle, Sept. 14.

Jason Michael Parrish, 33, was arrested for two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and felony possession of firearm by felon at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 14.
