VFW Post 2908 awards scholarship

VFW Post 2908 Auxiliary of Albemarle recently awarded its Health Sciences Scholarship for the 2021-2022 school year to Rachel Frick of Richfield.
This scholarship is awarded to a high school student or current Stanly Community College student enrolled in a Health Sciences program and is in memory of the late Charles Ray Miller, a former auxiliary member of Norwood.
Frick is attending Stanly Community College in the nursing program.
