Ferrante and Teicher

Stanly County Community Concert Association would open the 1981-82 season with pianists Ferrante and Teicher at 8 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Pfeiffer Center.

Memberships could be secured from Linda Richards, Mildred Gibson and Ina Andrew.

The piano duo of Ferrante and Teicher were enjoying a loyal following as classical pianists when their recording of “The Theme From the Apartment” was released, which sold almost a million copies in three weeks.
