Jacob Obrien Brewer, 25, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance and felony possession of schedule II controlled substance at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 26.

James Nathaniel Garney, 26, was arrested for misdemeanor assault and battery at Matt Neal Road, Albemarle, Oct. 26.

Holly Rickera Kindell, 32, was arrested for felony fugitive from justice at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 26.

Trevor Matthew Willoughby, 20, was arrested for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon at Oak Grove Road, Stanfield, Oct. 26.

Beda Baza Martinez, 33, was arrested for felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 28.

James Rolland Rummel, 51, was arrested for felony obtaining property by false pretense at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 30.

Brandon Holmes, 38, was arrested for felony possession of stolen firearm, felony possession with intent to sell/deliver and felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance at N.C. Highway 24-27 Oct. 30.

Kimberly Ann Mullis, 34, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at U.S. Highway 52, Norwood, Oct. 31.

Lucio Munoz, 28, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at N.C. 24-27/Coble Avenue, Albemarle, Oct. 31.

Arthur Lee Floyd, 56, was arrested for felony larceny after breaking/entering and felony possession of burglary tools at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov. 1.

Anthony Earl Payne, 37, was arrested for felony larceny of motor vehicle, felony possession of stolen goods/property and felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov. 1.

Steven Edward Akers, 39, was arrested for felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov. 1.

Christopher Douglas Davenport, 36, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at Rocky River Springs Road, Norwood, Nov. 1.
