Frank Richardson, 36, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at the Stanly County Courthouse, Albemarle, Jan. 26.

Frank Richardson, 36, was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance in prison/jail and felony possession of heroin at South Third Street, Albemarle, Jan. 27.

Demecus Rhmad Hooker, 23, was arrested for felony possession of firearm by felon and felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle at Mills Road, New London, Jan. 27.
