Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Joseph Michael Preslar, 39, was arrested for three counts of misdemeanor cruelty to animals at Chip Road, Albemarle, Jan. 28.

Stephanie Nicole Preslar, 36, was arrested for three counts of misdemeanor cruelty to animals at Chip Road, Albemarle, Jan. 29.

Danny Ray Griffey, 52, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at Ridge Street, Albemarle, Jan. 29.

Tavaras Lamar Harris, 30, was arrested for felony possession of firearm by felon at Salisbury Avenue, Albemarle, Jan. 30.

Joseph Michael Preslar, 39, was arrested for felony burning personal property at Chipp Road, Albemarle, Jan. 30.

Kevon Karlinck Flood, 31, was arrested for felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC 24-27/Converse Road, Albemarle, Jan. 30.
