Will’s Place Recovery Resource Center has been selected as the featured RRC at the Recovery Research Institute’s seminar series on Friday.
Will’s Place board member and recovery advocate Dr. Mark Lassiter, DDS, will present a 4=minute segment about Will’s Place at the beginning of the seminar in an effort to help attendees (healthcare providers, clinicians, scientists) who might not be familiar with what Recovery Resource Centers are and how they function.
The Recovery Research Institute is the leading nonprofit research institute of Massachusetts General Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, dedicated to the advancement of addiction treatment and recovery. In 2021, Will’s Place was asked to participate in a nationwide survey on recovery community centers. The survey was part of the Recovery Research Institute’s initiative to advance science on recovery resource centers.
