A dozen Stanly County residents have earned degrees at Wingate University this spring.

Undergraduate commencement is May 17; graduate commencement, May 18. Both ceremonies are set for 9 a.m. in the Academic Quad.

Albemarle residents who earned bachelor’s degrees are Alexis Kay Faulkner, Accounting; Jordan Graham Howard, Finance; Rachel Lee Moon, Psychology; and Hannah Noel Pieper, Exercise Science Fitness Professional. Piper Marie Hartman and Morgan Nicole Thomas, both of Norwood, earned degrees in Psychology. Oakboro residents Regan Alexandra Frick, Psychology; and Taylor Smith Morton, Environmental Biology, also earned bachelor’s degrees, as did Stanfield residents Kailynn Danae Lilly, Accounting; and Shannon A. Shell, Communication – Speech Performance.

Trevor James Davis of Albemarle earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Cari Elizabeth King of Norwood earned her Master of Business Administration.
