The shooting comes just a few days after another shooting in the same area.
Shortly before 7 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a report of a gunshot wound in the same block of South Morrow.
Officers found a 42-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries following a dispute, investigators said. Benjamin received a $75,000 bond and a scheduled court date of June 13.
Police say the second incidents are not related.
