The Soap Bubble Circus will be part of Stanly Community College’s 50th anniversary finale and concert from 3-6 p.m. July 16 on the Albemarle campus at 141 College Dr.

The bubble show is an educational experience for all ages and will feature bubble caterpillars, volcanoes, carousels and snowmen.

Ringmaster Steve Langley is a multiple Guinness World Record-winning, world-class bubble variety artist with more than 30 years of entertainment experience. He has been featured in “Ripley’s Believe it, Or Not” and performed on Hollywood Boulevard at The Historical El Capitan Theatre. He has traveled the world with his bubble show.

The community-wide finale and day-long music festival is 2-9 p.m. and will feature CHris Marks Band, The Embers and Chairmen of the Board. Also referred to as the Summer Sizzle, the event is free to the public and has activities for the entire family, including inflatables, food trucks and games.
