The Tour De Elvis 5K and Cycle Tour returns to downtown Albemarle for its 13th year.

The 5K will be at 7 p.m. Sept. 9. Pre-registration ends at midnight Sept. 8. Race day registration is available, however, the race is limited to 200 runners.

The Cycle Tour will be at 8 a.m. Sept. 10. The Cycle Tour will consist of three lengths: 25 miles, 45 miles or 62 miles, traveling all through Stanly County, including the summit of Morrow Mountain. Pre-registration ends at noon Sept. 9. Event day registration is available, however, the cycle tour is limited to 200 riders.

All proceeds from the Tour De Elvis will benefit the Roger F. Snyder Greenway Fund.
