Stanly Community College will have a security exercise in conjunction with local law enforcement and emergency responders on Oct. 13.

The community should be advised that this exercise is for employees and first responders; classes are not scheduled on this day.

Public access will be blocked from College Drive in Albemarle and Stanly Parkway in Locust during the drill. Individuals near either campus may notice the areas to be louder and busier than normal on Oct. 13.
