In unofficial results from the Stanly County Board of Elections, Lisa T. Lowder and Andrew Smith won seats on the Red Cross Council.

Lowder received 45.71%, or 288 votes, while Smith garnered 42.86%, 270 votes. Brenda B. Reeder received 10.48%, or 66 votes, and there were six write-in votes.
