Sheriff: Person dies in accident on N.C. Highway 73

There was an accident along N.C. Highway 73 heading into Albemarle Wednesday morning involving a tractor trailer. Several North Carolina Highway Patrol troopers were at the scene.
Sheriff Jeff Crisco confirmed that one person died, but he had no more specifics.
