• Garland Evan Washburn, 31, of Albemarle, arrested at 126 S. Third St. Feb. 1 for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon.

• Tashs Serita Hampton-Harris, 47, of Albemarle, arrested at 126 S. Third St. Feb. 2 for simple assault.

• Edward Alfonso, 73, of Albemarle, arrested at 1465 US 52 North Feb. 2 for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon.

• Hernan Orozco Garcia, 44, of Albemarle, arrested at 126 S. Third St. Feb. 2 for felony child abuse – sexual act, second degree force sex offense and indecent liberties with a child.

• Hannah Alyssa Grimland, 25, of Locust, arrested at 126 S. Third St. Feb. 6 for simple assault and assault and battery.
