REGIONAL: Anson sports, marketing classes will host Bearcat Disc Golf Classic

The sports and marketing classes at Anson High School in Wadesboro will host a disc golf tournament on April 22 at Anson High. The tournament will start at 9 a.m. at the football field. Entry fee is $25 and includes a T-shirt to all participants.
The course is designed by the students. They utilized all the fields at Anson High with nine baskets and 18 launch pads.
As a bonus, there will be a disc golf field goal contest. See how far you can toss a disc through the uprights.Proceeds will be given to The Caraway Foundation, which provides resources that benefit students with their educational needs and supports those who have experienced a chronic illness by providing health related resources.
