Due to anticipated poor weather conditions, the City of Albemarle’s April 14 Food Truck Friday event featuring Cassette Rewind has been moved to Aug. 18.

The Food Truck Friday events feature live music monthly at Albemarle’s City Lake Park. During the musical performances multiple food trucks with a variety of menu options are available to serve visitors.

The first Food Truck Friday event of the season will now be held 5:30-9 p.m. May 5 when ACE Party Band will perform.

The revised schedule of events is as follows:

• May 5 – ACE Party Band

• June 2 – Jim Quick & Coastline

• July 7 – Legacy Motown Review

• Aug. 4 – Megan Doss

• Aug. 18 – Cassette Rewind (rescheduled from April)

• Sept. 8 – Too Much Sylvia

• Oct. 6 – New Local
