The Stanly Community College Small Business Center has listened to concerns from its Advisory Board, colleagues, local merchants and the citizens of Stanly County about poor customer service in the community,

As a first step to mitigate the issue, the SBC will host a program 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday with limited seating at the SBC, 143 N. Second St. (across from Albemarle City Hall).

The program, titled “Strategies for Enhancing Customer Service and Building Customer Loyalty,” will feature speakers Emma and David Morris, who are the owners of 5 Points Strategies, LLC. They have experience in the hospitality industry.
