The Friends of the Senior Center has planned a Summer Games Series for everyone to join in on.

Each event will be at 10 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

The entry fee is $10 per event, or $25 for all three events.

July 26, bocce ball will be played at Rock Creek Park. Corn hole will follow Aug. 23 and shuffleboard Sept. 27, both at Stanly County Senior Center.

Each male and female winner from each event will receive a gift basket of a $100 value.
