Locust Police Department reports the following activity:

• Naing Aung of Charlotte was arrested and charged July 4 for child abuse;

• Alaina Basco of Mint Hill was arrested and charged July 4 for felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule I, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Angela Fleming of Concord was arrested July 2 and faces a charge of misdemeanor conspiracy and larceny;

• Robert Fleming of Concord was arrested July 2 and faces a charge of misdemeanor conspiracy and larceny;

• Rhonda Mabry of Oakboro was arrested July 2 and faces a charge of simple assault; and

• Jarrod Orr of Albemarle was arrested July 6 and faces a charge of felony possession schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
