Stanly County Schools reveals more administration moves

Stanly County Schools has made additional announcements of administrative moves.
Kim Dean, formerly the curriculum coach at East Albemarle Elementary School, has been named an assistant principal for Stanfield and Locust elementary schools.
Keith Livesay, who previously worked at Albemarle High School as a social studies teacher before moving into administration, has been named dean of students at the high school.
Dr. Carla Murray has been named executive director of student services and athletics. Murray began her education career in 1999 as a teacher before gaining elementary and high school leadership experience after obtaining her doctorate in educational leadership from Gardner Webb University. More recently Murray was an assistant superintendent of student support services and human resources.
Jonathan Davis, who served as an exceptional children’s teacher for 10 years at Jordan Matthews High School, is also a new dean of students at Albemarle High School.
Jamey Evans is the new dean of students at North Stanly High School. Evans began his career in 2006 at Ridgecrest Elementary School and has continued to teach within multiple districts and roles in the county.
