A benefit for Esther House is planned for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 15 at Anderson Grove Baptist Church, 2225 E. Main St., Albemarle.

A plate of barbecued chicken, green beans, coleslaw, dinner roll, potato chips and dessert will be available for $12.

Delivery is available for orders of 10 plates or more in Stanly and Montgomery counties.
