The Stanly County Chamber of Commerce will host:
• Leads At Lunch at noon Oct. 10 at Stanly Community College Small Business Center, 143 N. Second St., Albemarle. Sign up at stanly.edu/sbc. Speaker will be Joe Pollard of SCC talking about ChatGPT.
• a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. Oct. 12 for Tillery Compassionate Care, formerly Hospice of Stanly, at 960 N. First St., Albemarle.
• a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. Oct. 18 at ModWash, 1868 W. Main St., Locust.
• Business After Hours at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at T.R. Lawing Realty, Inc., 320 E. Main St., Albemarle. RSVP to anissa@stanlychamber.org by Oct. 16.
• a ribbon cutting for Richards Painting of Albemarle at 9 a.m. Oct. 24. Look for the truck outside the Chamber office at 1000 N. First St., Albemarle.
