The following students were named to the chancellor’s list for Appalachian State University for the fall 2023 semester:

• Sarah Burden of Locust, Aaron Drake of New London, Morgan Kinley of Albemarle, Cat Laws of Oakboro, William LeFloch of Albemarle, Jaron Long of Norwood, Tess Mickey of New London, Kelsey Morris of Stanfield, Shannon Pacheco-Lujano of Norwood and Madison Smith of Albemarle.

The chancellor’s list is awarded to full-time students (an undergraduate student who carries 12 hours or more of coursework on which grade points are computed) who receive a grade-point average of 3.85 or higher for the current semester. Only courses earning credit toward graduation are used to determine eligibility.
