The Stanly County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division received information of a sexual assault with a minor.
Tyler Morgan
After an investigation, Tyler Wayne Morgan was taken into custody on April 26 in Albemarle and charged with statutory rape of a child equal to or younger than 15 years old.
Morgan received a $125,000 secured bond and has an initial court date of May 20.
