Cottonville to have fall festival

The members of Cottonville AME Zion Church will host the annual Camp Meeting – Fall Festival 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 5-6.
Vendors with food and other items will be on hand.
At 2:30 p.m. Oct. 5, the members will host a “Little Miss Cottonville” pageant. A silent auction will be from 3:30-7 p.m.
At 7 p.m. there will be a gospel singing. Cottonville Male Choir will render selections.
Sunday’s events will include morning worship message presented by Rev. James Blakeney, pastor of the church.
A service at 3 p.m. will include special guest Rev. Joshua Ellerbe and members of Shiloh Baptist Church, Albemarle, and Popular Springs Missionary Baptist Church of Burnsville.
