Senior Center to host 90+ birthday party

The Stanly County Senior Center will host its 90+ birthday celebration, “Welcome to The Great Gatsby/Roaring 20s,” at 2 p.m. Aug. 6.
Anyone who will be 90 or greater before December is asked to join the celebration, with suits and flapper dresses optional.
Individuals may bring two guests. RSVP to 704-986-3769 by July 31.
Stanly Community College will conduct interviews with participants. Anyone interested in being interviewed is asked to let the front desk know when signing up.
