RALEIGH – Erasto Pastrana Suastegui of Concord took a chance on a $5 scratch-off and won a $250,000 prize.

Suastegui bought his lucky 20X The Cash ticket from Sam’s Mart on N.C. 49 South in Harrisburg.

He claimed his prize at lottery headquarters Monday and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $178,751.

The 20X The Cash game debuted in February with 10 $250,000 top prizes. Eight $250,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
