Colts women get first win of season

The West Stanly women’s basketball team made it four straight wins over South Stanly on Tuesday night in a 40-15 home victory for the Colts.

Raelee Furr led West (1-2) with 10 points; Tanaya Harris and Kaleah LeGrande scored 4 points each to lead South (2-1).

West hosts North Stanly (0-1) on Thursday night and East Rowan on Friday. For South, the Bulls return to conference play Friday at home against West Montgomery.
