Jeff Morgan, 38, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, died Dec. 22, 2018.
His funeral was Jan. 12, 2019 at Bethany Methodist Church with Pastor Ben Sloan officiating.
He was born June 7, 1980 in Fayetteville, son of Bob and Sandy Morgan of Southport.
He attended Wingate College and graduated from UNCC with a degree in mechanical engineering.
He was employed with several government contractors in northern Virginia and the D.C. metro area.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joe R. Morgan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother, Dean Morgan of New London, and a brother, Matt Morgan of Arlington, Virginia.
