West Stanly baseball shuts out Salisbury 1-0

Cody Kidd threw 6.1 innings of scoreless ball Tuesday with Michael Crayton getting the final two outs in a 1-0 win for the No. 9 seeded West Stanly baseball team in Tuesday’s first-round playoff win over Salisbury.

Nathan Eury grounded into a fielder’s choice for the game-winning RBI.

The Colts travel to No. 8 Madison on Thursday evening.
