Badin man sentenced for indecent liberties charges

Ryan Zane Dial of 18 Cherry St. in Badin recently entered a plea agreement relating to 2016 charges of indecent liberties with a child.
Dial pled guilty and received a sentence of 15 to 27 months in prison and will also be required to serve 60 months of supervised probation following his jail term. He also was required to pay $1,392.50 in court costs.
The warrant was originally served on Aug. 17, 2016.
