Cold weather, rain doesn’t dampen spirit at Albemarle Christmas Parade

Artificial snowflakes floating softly down from the roof of The Gathering created genuine Christmas cheer as parade goers collected candy and smiles aplenty at Saturday’s Albemarle Downtown Christmas Parade.
