West Stanly women win at Anson County

Friday night saw the West Stanly women’s basketball team improve to 9-7 overall and 2-2 in the Rocky River Conference with a win at Anson County, 51-31.
Kailey and Raelee Furr each scored 12 points to lead the Colts.
Jyana Willoughby led Anson (4-11, 1-3) with 10 points.
The win for West marked the fifth straight game the Colts have defensively allowed 35 or fewer points to its opponent.
West travels to Gray Stone (10-0) Wednesday night.
