Oakboro Town Council meeting postponed because of COVID

Tonight’s meeting of the Oakboro Town Council has been postponed.
In an email this morning, the town’s assistant clerk notified the media “due to COVID among staff, tonight’s meeting will be postponed until next Monday, Jan. 24.”
The Oakboro Town Council meetings generally take place at the town hall on the third Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
